To achieve the enormous 12-meter width, our technicians utilized a specialized joining process to seamlessly stitch two 6-meter panels together.
The resulting seam is engineered to be as strong as the original woven netting, creating a massive, single panel without compromising durability.
These giant 12m x 110m panels are designed for rapid deployment over the avocado trees, providing a robust shield against hail and birds.
The most significant achievement, however, was in logistics.
By using a specialized, high-compression rolling machine, we packed the entire 500,000 sqm order into just three 40’HQ containers, delivering substantial savings on ocean freight for our client.
