The Power Behind Your Protection

Eight production lines under one roof — German Raschel knitting, our own HDPE monofilament extrusion and Swiss Sulzer weaving, from raw polymer to the finished roll.

Our Production Lines

The machines that make your netting

From raw materials to finished rolls, every process runs on equipment we own and operate ourselves — which is what lets us hold quality and customise specs line by line.

Germany · Raschel Knitting

High-Speed Raschel Knitting Lines

These German-engineered lines are the heart of our netting production. They hold a uniform mesh structure across the full roll width and deliver the tensile strength a canopy needs to survive years of wind load — which is what turns a net into crop protection rather than decoration.

Main Products:
Raschel drape hail netting over an orchard row
Hail Netting
60% knitted shade net fabric close-up
Shade Netting
Knitted bird netting protecting a fruit crop
Bird Netting
In-House · Monofilament Extrusion

Monofilament Extrusion Lines

We extrude our own high-density polyethylene (HDPE) monofilament yarn instead of buying it in. That gives us full control of the raw material: 100% virgin HDPE, our own UV inhibitor package dosed at the melt, and a documented lifespan of up to 10 years in the field, by product line.

Main Products:
Diamond Lock netting installed over vineyard rows
Diamond Lock Netting
Close-up of drape hail net mesh structure
Drape Netting
Fine mesh netting protecting fruit from wasps and bees
Bee & Wasp Netting
Switzerland · Sulzer Weaving

Sulzer Woven Machine Line

For high-density woven fabrics we run Swiss-made Sulzer machines. The precision of this technology is what makes a fine mesh both dimensionally stable and strong enough to stay tight on a structure — the reason our insect screens hold their mesh count season after season.

Main Products:
Leno woven hail netting fabric
Leno Hail Netting
Fine insect barrier netting on a crop structure
Insect Netting
Woven shade cloth fabric close-up

From Polymer to Packed Roll

Seven stages, all on our own factory floor. Nothing is subcontracted, so a spec change at step two still reaches the roll at step seven.

Quality Control

Three checkpoints between polymer and pallet

Testing happens in our own lab, at three fixed points — before production starts, while the line is running, and before anything is packed.

100% virgin HDPE raw material granules ready for inspection1

Raw Material Inspection

Every batch of virgin HDPE and UV additive is tested for purity and performance before it is allowed onto a production line.

Technician performing in-process quality checks on netting2

In-Process Checks

Our technicians check yarn diameter, mesh size and fabric weight every hour, so drift is caught within one hour of production, not one container later.

UV accelerated weathering tester used for finished netting3

Finished Product Testing

Finished rolls are tested for tensile strength, UV resistance and dimensional accuracy — on our own accelerated weathering tester — before packing.
